



Pick an interesting spot that you want to capture in a 360 photo and open the Street View app (or any other 360 photo app of your choice). Ultimately, it's just a matter of preference as they all are work the same. The Google Play Store offers a myriad of apps that all proclaim to take the best 360 photos - but in my opinion, the most practical, clean and spam/add free is Street View by Google (surprise). Most other Android smartphones will need a separate app to take a 360 photo. The built in camera modes on the Samsung Galaxy S7 and Nexus 5x. You can easily get it back on newer Samsung devices by going into the Camera > Camera modes (swipe from left to right) > Download > and then you can download surround shot. Quite a few Samsung phones had a "photosphere" feature as well but for whatever reason, it was removed. If you own a Nexus or a Google Pixel, the stock Android camera already includes the features for panorama and photosphere/surround shot.
